If a paid order is canceled by Wholesale Perfumes Andrea, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

RETURN POLICY

Wholesale Perfumes Andrea accepts eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for merchandise that has been opened.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must include tracking information. Wholesale Perfumes Andrea is not responsible for returned merchandise until tracking confirms delivery to our facility.

Once a return has been delivered, please allow up to 5 business days for the return or exchange to be processed.

If an order is returned because it was unclaimed or could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, a $5.95 fee will apply to resend the package.

If the customer requests a refund instead of reshipment, the refund will be issued minus the $5.95 fee.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible United States orders of $35 or more.

For orders under $35, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.

Standard ground shipping normally takes between 3 and 7 business days.

Available express shipping options may include:

USPS 3-Day Delivery: $19.95
USPS 2-Day Delivery: $45.95
Next Day Delivery: $55.95

Express rates may vary depending on order weight and are not available for P.O. box addresses.

Delivery dates are estimates. Wholesale Perfumes Andrea cannot guarantee that a third-party shipping carrier will deliver an order on a particular date.
